Self-Improvement Through Leadership and Experience
I am a fifth-semester student of Sharia Financial Management, dedicated to personal growth, with over two years of organisational experience and consistent academic achievements as evidenced by certificates of academic excellence for four consecutive semesters. In my collegiate journey, I am not only focused on achieving good grades but also actively building my capacity through leadership, communication, and real work experience in organisations. Challenges provide me with opportunities for growth, as through various roles I have learned to develop my mindset, communication skills, leadership abilities, and team dynamics management. Through various strategic roles, I have become accustomed to working under pressure, solving problems quickly, and coordinating teams to achieve common goals.
My interest in public speaking has led me to become a speaker, moderator, and MC, which has honed my ability to convey ideas and maintain coordination in complex activities. I am known for being a quick learner, adaptable, and enthusiastic about change. My academic focus on Islamic finance has broadened my knowledge of financial instruments, the national financial industry, and developments in the digital finance sector. This has fostered a deep interest in fintech, financial literacy, and Islamic financial inclusion.
I am an individual who enjoys sharing, collaborating, and leading. For me, learning means making an impact on the environment. With a passion for continuous growth, I am committed to building a meaningful career and bringing positive change to society.
