As a highly accomplished professional with over 30,000 hours of leadership experience in the insurance industry, I now dedicate the expertise to empower women and youth in living mindful life.

I also tasted a life of an entrepreneur, having founded MariSyari, a modest wear clothing line that has evolved from an offline store to a fully online business. I also worked as a business consultant, specializing in sales, marketing, learning and development, leadership, and business management.

With a career spanning over three decades, I learn first hand on entrepreneurship, insurance agency management, training, consulting, and retail business.

My expertise extends to Sharia Fintech by leading AFSI [Indonesia Islamic Fintech Association] and Financial Planning [by gaining IFP and AWPS sertification], that complete me as sought-after expert in sharia fintech and financial planning field.

I love to share my life experience so I talked in various events that makes me a seasoned speaker on women's life empowerment, Islamic financial life in digital era, Islamic fintech and mindful living. I also has dedicated my career to empowering women and individuals to take control of their financial lives, make informed decisions, and live a purposeful life. I do engaging public speaking and motivational sessions, to inspire audiences to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
