I am a family and systemic psychotherapist with extensive experience in working with clients from multi-cultural backgrounds. In addition to being a qualified UKCP Family and Systemic Psychotherapist, I am also a clinical fellow of the American Association for Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the Asian Academy of Family Therapy (AAFT). Over the past decade, I have provided therapy to families and couples from Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and mainland China, as well as Europeans and those from the Americas. I am particularly interested in cross-cultural couple issues and adjustment issues with new immigrants. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and am conversant in a broad spectrum of issues and concerns faced by my clients, including conflictual relationships, marital crises, children’s emotional and behavioural concerns, personal growth issues for teenagers, and family issues.
