Currently serving as the Head of HRD at the Student Community of Islamic Economics (KSEI), I focus on creating a supportive, growth-oriented environment through structured human resource management, capacity-building initiatives, and collaborative leadership.
With experience in administration, secretarial work, and financial management, including serving as a former General Treasurer. I value accuracy, transparency, and accountability in every process I handle. I enjoy bringing warmth, initiative, and innovative thinking into my work, ensuring that teams feel both empowered and well-supported.
