My professional journey commenced at the zenith of HK’s hotel industry as an assistant to the executive housekeeper at the Ambassador Hotel. This role kindled my passion for administrative management while overseeing sub-depts managing 200 staff and ensuring the seamless operation of over 200 rooms. My manager was shaping my leadership style and underscoring the importance of organization.

Recognizing my potential, I was appointed by a prestigious Japanese group for specialized training of branding management in the design dept across Japan. This opportunity broadened my understanding of corporate operations and enhanced my adaptability. Upon returning to HK, I became the Overseas Trade Officer, facilitating international collaborations. I met another great mentor in my career path.

I later served as the Group HR and Administration Manager for a prominent investment group for 15 years, directly involved in financial investment projects such as prepaid cards, marine club, casino, surgical centers, and real estates. My role earned me the board’s trust, allowing me to revitalize projects and establish an employee benefits system.

I worked closely with the corp board on various development projects, marking a flourishing period in my career, including contributions to offshore banking licenses. I organized numerous business events and banquets, showcasing my event management expertise.

Subsequently, I became the operation Director of a renowned interior design contracting company, managing subcontracting operations and at the same times being establishing a public relations and marketing strategy company executing successful events that enhanced the company’s presence.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I prioritized my health and accepted a commission from a Taiwanese art gallery to relocate to Japan and establish a new branch. Reflecting on my journey, I aim to give back and foster positive energy in the workplace while embracing continuous learning and growth.
